I guess I'll make the first post in this new section!

I've been using Peer to Peer programs for several years. Starting with Morpheus and BearShare. More recently I was using Shareaza (Windows and Mac versions) it is pretty good - but over the last several months there has been I giant increase in junk-files and spam - rendering it almost useless.

I fear the "good old days" of using P2P are over..

hey, does anyone use Demonoid?  i have been waiting for them to open up registration, but it never seems to be available.  take this weekend for instance.  i checked their site on Saturday and registration was closed.  i checked again yesterday and a message on the site states that they have had open registration for 2 days and that registration is now closed.  whenever they say the registration has been open, it doe not show as available on their site.  this has been going on for a few months now and it is getting frustrating. 

is there anyone out there who would be willing to send an invitation code?

I remember there were steps to be taken after installation to remove the supposed spyware it came with. Then I switched to KaZaa Lite for a few years now I use Limewire Pro. These days my search results are filled with junk too. I fail to understand how a search request for Jimi Hendrix can yield Quicktime porn boobytraps (no pun intended).
