2 packages cooked Ramen noodles (don't use seasoning packs)
Toss cooked noodles with:
1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
2 teaspoons peanut oil (or vegetable oil)
Set aside.
Combine and microwave this stuff 30-60 seconds until hot:
2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
1 teaspoon fresh hot chili (Asian foods section) *adjust this for comfort level
2 teaspoons oyster flavored sauce
2 teaspoons natural peanut butter
Mix noodles with sauce, place in serving bowls, sprinkle sesame seeds on top, and get out your chopsticks. Squeeze half a lime over it if you like lime.
