Well, there are some websites that can help... you might need to put some work into it, earning points to get higher in the lists, but these are free (unless you just want to skip the work and buy a top spot):

I personally think it's the best one out of all the ones mentioned here, and that's not just because I run it. Be warned, however, that there have been compatibility issues with IE for some users. IE 7 should be fine, provided your security settings aren't too high. I'm not sure about IE 6 though...
However, if you're looking to just make targeted adds, towards a certain demographic, friendpulse is the way to go. They let you sort people according to age, gender, and location.
dont know if its already made, but when people (me includede;)) whats to see someones private myspace page, then is there a friend adder which automaticly add these persons with their friend ID to your own firendlist???

...change your default pic to a default pic from a musician on your targets friendslist.
it will keep you on your targets friendslist much longer rather than a new unknown face pops up for your target to see. and to make it even more longer on their friends list, change the display name to that musician as well. but dont waste your time trying to duplicate the musicians profile--you will never make it the same as the real one.
