I'm new to this site and the forum. Saw this forum and thought, I'll show off my new website with the list of free AV and Firewall softwares available online and those vendors who allow free online scans! Thanks for this. I need an antivirus. Okay which one is the best. I tried d/l AVG and when it came to self-extracting, it would not let me do it. I d/l ed from different websites? Anyone know?! Should have added one along time ago. Anyone else give rbkumaran kudos?!
If you look here on GUG there are a number of forums discussing different antivirus programs out there. There are a number of opinions but here is a forum that may give you some input on what others have found.

If you would like to see the list of all of the forum and really do some reading then you can check them all out here. Antivirus programs are a must in this day and age.
