Ingredients:
-Skinless and Boneless Chicken Breasts
-A Bottle of Italian Dressing
(May also need an oven bag)
-Clean the Chicken.
-Cut up the desired amount of chicken into small cubes, about an inch or two apiece.
-Place the cubed chicken pieces into a bowl or a bag, and pour about half a bottle of Italian Dressing. Cover or seal. Refrigerate from an hour, or you could even let it soak overnight.
-After being marinated, you can either grill the chicken or place the chicken in an oven bag and place the bag into a pan (my favorite way), and cook the chicken for about 45 minutes at 325, or until done.
I like serving with a salad, or steamed veggies.
