Mozilla Firefox Shortcomings

Mozilla Firefox Shortcomings
I've noticed a few things when browsing MySpace using Mozilla Firefox compared to Internet Explorer. 1) In Mozilla Firefox, customized scrollbars do not appear to work. The Mozilla Firefox uses the standard ugly gray scrollbars for every page, regardless of customizations. 2) I've noticed a few profiles in Mozilla Firefox that were transparent to the point where they were nearly impossible to read. When I view these same profiles in Internet Explorer, they appear fine. Here is an example URL of one of my friends in which I've especially noticed this. Try viewing it in Mozilla Firefox, and then Internet Explorer and see the difference: http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewprofile&friendid=36190603 3) I've noticed in Mozilla that image editing techniques are not viewable, such as the "Rollover X-Ray" image effect you can place on your MySpace images. Does anyone know if there's a plugin or an extension to Mozilla Firefox that can make these feature work? I know Mozilla Firefox is much safer and much more convenient in regards to popups and such, but these MySpace shortcomings almost make me want to switch back over to IE.

Same issue but with MacOSX
I'm experiencing the same issues, but the IE tab extension isn't available for MacOSX. Anyone have any suggestions?
IE tab
Download the IE tab extension for Firefox
Tried That
I just tried to download the IETab for Mozilla, and it doesn't seem like anything changed at all. I went into Tools >> Addins, and it lists the IETab addin there, but it doesn't look like it applied to anything.
IE tab
OK go to the page you want to show up as IE now look right above your clock and you see a firefox logo? Middle click on that logo and it will turn into an IE logo, when it does that you are viewing the page in IE and you can also set it to view that page in IE from now on
ie tab, then debug?
This seemed like neat trick, so I downloaded the IE Tab, it does make the page look better, so thanks for that. But a error message asking if I want to debug came up as the page was loading, like 4 times. I hit "no". Is that normal? I really have no idea what it means... I'd be afraid of messing up something...
RE:ie tab, then debug?
I have never seen it try to debug anything, does it happen on any page you view in the IE tab or have you not tried it on another page?
still does it
It seems to do it on one particular myspace page, I tried it on others and nothing. I also tried a couple of non-myspace sites and nothing there. I checked again just now, and it only asked to debug once, not four times like last night. Although this time it did want me to re-log in to myspace, and it looked like a legit login page. Oh, well. I'm used to inherit wackiness....
Thanks!
Thank you much, that worked great!
Your Welcome
I am glad it worked for you, Firefox is a great program and most issues you have with web pages can be traced back to them being designed just for IE, pages like that can be automatically shown in IE tab if you add them to the list just right click and add it to the list of pages to be rendered in IE only
