how good are the filters for mozilla for blocking the trackers?
i followed that topic and did what it said in regards to preventing yourself from being tracked by trackers. my question is how good is it at blocking the trackers. the main i am trying to dodge is trackzor. i have all the filters set up. should i be ok to look at profiles with trackzor without having any trace i looked at the profile, even an ip address being shown? thanks.

There it is, I should really start using that search bar.
Alright then... it loses all my backing for trackers then....
Maybe I'll write a plugin some day...
Yes, I'll go check if trackzor has added any more servers. But as far as I know you will not be tracked at all.
The filters stop the script/image/whatever from even loading in your browser, so nothing can be passed to the script.
The best thing though is that firefox plugin, so maybe someone should post a link to it or something.... It blocks most things that resemble a tracker competely. But you'll have to wait up for someone to post it.
Metasyntactic
Some guy wrote it, and it was specifically designed for myspace.
It warned of phishing pages, unwanted javascript execution, trackers and other things. Don't know how affective it was, but I heard good reviews.
That's all I can really tell you I'm afraid =/
