So I was hopping someone in her knew a way to go about aquiering the IP address of a wesite. If you have any tips and helpfull information please post it here. I was hopping to use the information to try to tweak some tracker codes that have been filtered on myspace and hopefully bringing them back to life for a while longer.

IP address of a website

Should be pretty easy!

From a command-prompt, type:

PING websitename.com (then press enter)

The resulting ping, or even error, should show the IP.. Sure there are other more complicated ways, but this one is pretty quick and simple!

IP Address logged

Another fast way to get IP address of a site +

Here is another way if you did not have the option to use Command Prompt or if your command prompt is disabled by your administrator all you have to do is an online ping by going to this site type in the URL and get the ip works fast and easy click on ping and that is the sitePING Or MORE INFO

Beware parents post

Yes - and it may show that all these different domain names are coming from the same IP, or block of IP's meaning they might be on the same server.

If you want to email us the domain(Drunk we can check a few for you. We could even find out who owns the domain(Drunk or who's servers they are on if the servers are not hosted 'privately' ..
