Flash + IE7 vs FireFox

Flash + IE7 vs FireFox

Any server guru that can explain why this url

"http://www.musicwebtown.com/9608ssp/playlists/63873/501361.mp3"

Will not work with Flash or Flash + IE7, but works fine with Flash + FireFox?

Flash + IE7 = 200 html/text - loads small 501361.mp3 as html file
URL + IE7 = 200 audio/mpeg - downloads the real 501361.mp3

Flash + FireFox = audio/mpeg - Flash works.
URL + FireFox = audio/mpeg - QuickTime plays.

I dont get it...

Well I looked at it and yeah that is very strange - not a clue.  I dunno maybe Ashton knows or one of the other super geeks.
