My room mate was on my computer and denied access to Firefox. Now I can't connect.

# If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure
that Firefox is permitted to access the Web

How can I fix this? I have a Trend Micro Pc-cillin firewall.

I don't know Trend Micro PC-cilin firewall at all, but I would look out for firewall program settings. It should show you a list of which programs are allowed access through the firewall and which aren't. Have you tried looking through the settings?
