Ultimate kid and hubby pleaser....
Easy Shepards Pie

Cook lean hamburger meat in frying pan until crumbly
while that cooks make a hearty serving of instant mashed potatoes

once hamburger meat is done, pour off any grease
now spread a layer of meat into a casserole dish, top with layer of mashed potatoes
top potatoes with layer of cheese (you pick flavor: we like jack and chedder.
repeat process until casserole dish is full
now pop into micro and melt cheese or bake in oven until cheese melts.

Ring dinner bell and watch the kidlets gobble it down.

This also is an easy dish to sneak veggies into for those finicky eaters.

Oh I did say it was a hubby pleaser as well didn't I? *lol* It's quick and easy...nuff said? *grin*
