(Easy) Instant Potato Chips

Here's another quick snack idea for when you have nothing in the house but a couple of raw potatoes. All you need is a slicer, like on some cheese graters, or a mandolin (those who know, know. If you don't know it doesn't matter), or the ability to slice potatoes thinly.

Ingredients:

  • Raw Potatoes, peeled or not
  • Cooking spray like Pam, flavored, if you like
  • Salt to taste

Wash your potatoes. Slice them as thin as you can. Arrange them on a piece of parchment or wax paper. Spray them lightly with the cooking spray. Put them in the microwave for 2-3 minutes (depending on the microwave) and that's it! Instant chips.

Salt to taste.
