downloaded avg.. problems help/ i blocked firefox help

i just downloaded avg and i accidently blocked Firefox on their firewall and now i am stuck and i don't know how to reverse it......help me

I had a girlfriend who blocked a program with avg and after quite awhile with tech support, she ended up uninstalling the whole program and starting over. I know you probably don't want to hear that, but it's an option.

i got to the configure part and i see where i blocked it under my log but i can't do anything from there.. i'm stuckFrown

Okay, I can't find the firewall in mine... dunno why... in the help section about the firewall it says you should be able to highlight FIREWALL and there should be a buttong 'CONFIGURE' .... I would believe that's where you would be able to add or remove things on a block list... but...

It says using the PROPERTIES button instead of 'configure' it will give you the option to deactivate your firewall... not that I recommend this... but if that's where you deactivate, maybe that's where your block list is...

I'm kinda guessing here since I don't think my version has a firewall... but, this also keeps your topic bumped for others to check on, which might actually know.
