Disappearing visits on trackspace

Disappearing visits on trackspace

when I checked my trackspace i had an identified user and now all their visits have disappeared, then it was there, so I clicked on the name and it had OLD visits but on the main page it said today, so i hit my back button and the visit was gone again. WTF!

I've noticed this a bunch of times when I log on. Seems like a server issue.

Same here. I had a full page of hits, then hit the back button and I only have 1 hit now. That's so frustrating, cause one of the hits that dissappeared looked like one I wanted to track!!!

Yeah I saw that too - at one point I had 12 tracked hits today and woo la I was down to 4.  Strange - glad I wasn't the only one seeing this Cool

 They seem to be experiencing glitches.

UPDATE: I noticed it happening to me earlier. This is probably not the fix, but it's something that worked for me for some reason. When I was looking at my trackspace hits in Firefox and i kept clicking on past 28 days, and past 24 hours--I was missing hits.
Then I logged out and used IE to logon to trackspace and view my hits, and voila! they were all there.

I can't even see trackspace in Firefox (nor can I see profiletracker)  I've always used the IE addon to see them.  I'm guessing I don't see them in Firefox because I block them???  They (the disappearing tracks) were missing in IE.

I dunno smartmom. For me--on trackspace and mixmap--Firefox with the adblock filter list usually blocks all the adds and just leaves the login boxes and the hits without all the bothersome adds and images.

On trackspace a page will show 2 hits, then below that a bunch of adds, then below that there are more hits. Maybe somehow the hits nearest to the adds are being blocked as well??

But maybe these disappearing hits are probably just a glitch, because it seems that using IE doesn't solve the problem for everyone. I hope we can get to the bottom of this somehow. It would be awful if it starts to permantely remove hits.

 Yeah I can see trackspace that way with out the pics but I guess I'm a visual person and I like the pics - LOL  So I view it always in IE - yeah I get the adds but I'm good at ignoring things (the mom in me - haha).

Hey I sent you a email yesterday to your hotmail account.  Did you get it?  If not then him me up here I have something that might interest you. Thanks for the picture comment - made that myself - couldn't find one I liked so I created it (stole the words but created the image).
