deleted myspace msg's

I don't know when you last read the message but you can check whether the page was logged in your browser history. If you you read it very recently and you haven't closed that browser window/tab you can try the back button. Otherwise if your trash is empty I imagine the only other option is asking the sender/receiver of the message if they still have a copy and to send it to you.
