deleted myspace messages

I'm desperate, is there a way to check your myspace messages if you already deleted them, even if they are already deleted out of your trash?? I have made a huge mistake and accidentally deleted an important message from my myspace and am desperate to get it back! PLeeeaaasssssee help!
