I have "acquired" a full, giant bottle of a multivitamin. It has a ton of good looking stuff in it, aside from the usual multivitamins, it has a bunch of antioxidants in it as well.
The thing I have an issue with, it's is a "woman's" multivitamin. Being 121% all beefcake manmeat, I'm wondering if it's "safe" to take it every day. I mean, I know they're vitamins so it's "safe", but it's formulated specially for women, so will I suddenly, I dunno ... get strange urges to spend 3 hours in a shoe store? Will I get cranky baby syndrome one week per month? Will I sprout milk wagons? And if I get the desire to learn how to knit macramé I'm tossing this stuff out the window!

* Women vitamins contain extra iron and black cohosh. Black cohosh is good for menstrual cramps and hot flashes, arthritis and muscle pain. It also helps to fight cancer so it's good to take. Lol, you won't get women urges. The best vitamins on the market are for women anyways. We are more likely to take them faster then a man.

finally got a corner office!
I once saw a show (who knows where and what it was) about how much of the multivitamin is actually absorbed and useful to your body. So one day I put one of mine in a glass of water, like the show said, to see how long it would take to disolve. I don't think it ever fully did! I know our stomach has more acid which helps the process but I was still kind of surprised! Speaking of pills, I was wondering...wait I should probably go start another thread lest I get bumped tot he brain fart room!!
