convert mp3 to mid
I'm curious on how the conversion went. From everything I know on midi I have heard that trying to convert generally does not work. You know you can do like my kids do and if your phone has a record on it then just stick the phone up next to the speakers and record your song and use it as a ring tone that way. You would be surprised my kids have it down to a science and it sounds great. See this mom refuses to cough up $$ for them to change it every other day.

It depends a little on your model of phone too.
I use this for Palm phones.

It does not convert mp3 to midi but rather takes the mp3 files that already exists in P tunes and adds them to Sounds to use as a ringtone. Mini tunes also has cool features like the ability to slice certain sections of music.
For an example I sliced NIN's "Closer" at the X-rated part and then assigned it to my girlfriend;-) (Funny as heck too)
I've also recorded failing hard drives and turned that into my general ringtone...basically so that everyone in the IT office would freak out when a call came in.
Good times.
yes, thats what i mean actually, i just refer to midi as mid. because its the file format that i go by,
like to me, a batch file is known as a bat file, you get it ?
Please send me your "My Coke Rewards" codes, and remember,
The only stupid question is the one that remains unasked ~Niebr~
Niebr i may have a possible answer for you. when you say "mid," can you clarify if you actually meant "midi?"
