unable to log in to Hi5

I cannot log in to my hi5 profile anymore. I have tried everything from "Help", but nothing is working. I can only view my profile as a guest. I have browsed every section as a guest and I could see everything.
I am sure that I have the right password because the site is accepting it, but instead of sending me to my profile page I get a blank page instead. I have tried deleting cookies, another Internet Browser, logging in from a different computer. But after I try to login I am unable to visit any hi5 profile or link, I get a blank page even for www.hi5.com .Deleting files and settings stored by add-ons resolved this, but if I try to login again I have the same problem.
Before this error I have added some scrapbook comments on my profile, which I suspect are the problem.
I copy-pasted some text from a site, from which I have copied before and I guess there were no HTML or CSS, I have previously added text from that site and there were no problems.
I found some similar help on their site..." If you can't see your profile or your profile is showing as blank or all white, it is likely because you added some custom HTML, CSS or code copied from a third party. Examples include "glitter", "pimp", "cursors" or similar features. Unfortunately this code is often not compatible with hi5 and broke the appearance of your profile. To fix the problem, log in to www.hi5.com ( BUT I am UNABLE to log in )
I would sure like my profile to be working again, but I cannot access it as owner to delete or undo anything. It was hard to build my friends network and upload media,I do have over 11.000 photo comments. I hope something can be done, because I don't think I will make myself a new profile. I do not want to cancel this one.
