Avi to dvd format

hi i have a burned movie that was made for me but in AVI format does anyone know what program i can use to format mate it to dvd format to play on dvd players. thanks in advance!!

WinAVI is okay but it tends to put huge black borders at the top and bottom of your picture, Allok AVI to DVD is the best one I have found and then just burn a data DVD with your AUDIO_TS and VIDEO_TS folders SmartSoft Video converter is also very good if your looking for something that converts and burns

I would say use convert x to dvd its the best I've found and is easy to use. convert x to dvd will also burn the movie after it converts the avi file to dvd.

I use WinAVI video converter. It converts right to a DVD file that you can burn using Nero. I find that faster than using any other program to burn straight from the AVI to DVD.
