ati3duag.dll graphics card error

Hello,

The problem is with a new computer. When I attempt to play a game it crashes with an " ati3duag.dll" error. Would d/l the newest driver help you think? Maybe the problem isn't that at all but I don't know so any help would be great.

updating the driver would be a great place & the quickest way to start the trouble shooting process.
