Interesting story here... Brooke apparently lost it during the commercial break immediately after finding out she was in the bottom 3. Also, some general behind the scenes info.

I hate for bad things to happen to people but when Brooke gets the boot, we might witness an Idol meltdown of unprecedented magnitudal proportions.  REALITY TV AT IT'S FINEST!!

Poor Ramielle.  I can't stand to see a girl cry.  I melt.  I'm putty.  There have been a lot of decisions I've made because it involved a girl crying....

ugh. i want to get into idol....but i just can't. i did really dig the dave navarro *heavy sigh* rockstar series when it was on. the first when they were trying to find a front man for INXS. and the rockstar supernova searching someone to front tommy lee's other band. lukas rossi rocked radiohead's creep! storm large was hot and had killer vocals, as did the inked chick, dilana!

is she still performing in the 503? i'm surprise she didn't end up with some type of record deal. she totally rocked every song she covered.

Johns is good.  Very good but a tiny bit dull, IMO.  In another group, I think he could win.  I would pick him over Taylor Hicks.  Then you have to consider who does most of the voting and whether his appeal is greater than anyone else's in this season's group.

Um.... David Cook copies obscure covers of the songs he does, He admitted to finding them on itunes. The first big offense was when he did Doxology's version of Elenore Rigby and did not credit them, the second time was when he did Day Tripper gave credit to White Snake and people still called him original.

And then there was Chris Cornell's cover of Billie Jean, before which Ryan Seacrest inaudibly gave the credit to Chris Cornell as the audience screamed like 60's teenyboppers. After he performed the song the judges call him "Original" "Brilliant" and "Amazing" yet he didn't do the right thing and remind the judges that he was doing a cover of a cover.  

But I do give him credit for the last song he did, no one has yet found an obscure cover of Little Sparrow. Maybe he can do something on his own, songs aren't written in stone you know, look at all the different versions artists can do to their own songs. Its not that hard to make a song you're own, I've been playing guitar for a little over a year now and even I can do it.
