Airdate: Tuesday  20,2009

Location: San Francisco

Features: Woodstock Reference followed by Siman and Kara "having no love", San Fransico on the cutting edge of Style, the Golden Streak

Notable Characters: The Beauty Contestant (Tatiana Del Toror), Oraganteer suit man (Dean-Anthony Bradford),The Lamb in Hollywood Hell Week(Jesus Valenzula),Singing Student(Akilah GHolston)

First off, I give up trying to determine which way broadcasts should be as so far none of them have matched the Audition order, though in show they mention that Puerto Rico is at least after San fransico....SHeeze...lol

Surprisingly the featured Butchered song wasn't shown this time...maybe because everyone sung different songs? I Doubt it was because of it only being 1 hour now as the most butchered song is usually a regular feature. I'm so disappointed as that is one of my favorite segments

Talking about the Summer of love via Woodstock v.s Simon and Kara bickering with each other was just hilarious.  I am sure Paula is so happy that she doesn't have to put up with Simon alone anymore and  it just isn't her that gets irritated by him sometimes...lol

The "Beauty Contestant" like "Bikini Girl" proves that Occasionally someone with a gimmick might make it to Hollywood Hell Week.  Whether her or Bikini girl don't get slaughtered by the Competition for the 36 spots , and only 36 spots  of about 300ish people that made it to Hollywood Hell Week (That's roughly only 1 of 10 contestant that will ever be voted on by America)

And speaking of Lamb to the Slaughter, Jesus using his Children as a means to advance was hilarious, even Simon thought so. Bottom line is he is not good enough to survive  Hollywood Hell Week...Hell, I think Stevie from the Premier probably got more "teeth" then him...lol

It took me a While but I figured out where I have seen that funky jacket before that Mr Dean was wearing. You usually where a foam Barber singer type hat, crank a Crank Organ and usually have a pet monkey tom foolering around and holding out a cup to receive money. For some reason he reminded me of Tiny Tim on Steroids too.

As far as the Nervous Chatterbox and "Singing Student", yes you can learn to sing to a certain degree. But Knowledge can't replace experience and Power is nothing without control. There are different styles of singing and in none of them do you sing from your rectum. From your nose (Country Songs like Easy Street), from the back of your throat (Breather songs like Unwritten), from your throat (Grunge like Chris Dourthgy/and current American Idol), From the Chest (Theatrical Singing), and your Diaphragm (Gospel/Opera) yes...rectum no. P.S. I love singing which is why I like watching American Idol..prefering to sing Theater and Opera style but sometimes demonstrate how different a song sounds through the nose,at the back of the throat, in the throat, in the chest, and from the Diaphragm

Overall this episode seems to be lacking a lot of the what the Pre-Show is about...or Maybe I am biased cause my favorite Segment, the "most butchered song", was missing along with the a series of bad singers

But then again the "Golden Streak" was stating that there was a lot of people impressing the Judges and perhaps the most butchered song was lacking because everyone that didn't get a golden ticket on the "Gold Streak" may have just chose the wrong song or went "over the toP" like the girl that broke the Streak where one note made them said no  (Originally they were smiling but when she shrieked they were like...no)

I believe Ryan said Kentucky is up on Wednesday 21, though that wasn't the order of auditioning...but as I said before, it seems the production order doesn't match the auditioning order..but..<whatever>  not to unsual for Movies and television shows to be shot and processed out of order then the final product but in order at discretion of the producer
