Address Bar and Bottom Task Bar

K...i think this may be a really dumb question but i have given up. my child punched some keys on the keyboard and now i cant see my address bar unless i move the mouse up to the top of my screen. the bottom task bar showing the "start" button has now also vanished. can someone please let me how 2 fix it? thank you kindly
