Adding a video from your computer to your myspace profile

I need help, because I tried adding a video to my about me section and I can't get it to show up also can you please tell me that my background is still up too.

The best way that I can describe the code is that:
it has object height, width,param name- allow script access, then value-same domain. param name- allow full screen, then valus-true. param name- movie, thenvalue-"url"etc.

Note: the word < / object > is at the end of the code!

See if this works: add video to myspace.
Note that you can't add it "from your computer" - the video has to be hosted on a server somewhere.
