My T-Mobile Krzr received damage from a hair product that I purchased and placed in my purse unaware that someone opened the product.Yell

I love this phone. I got it unlocked but now after two months only the "0" key and the SEND key is working.CryCry

The screen still lights up but I can't access my main menu or anything.

Does anyone know what my options are without insurance?Undecided

Re: Help please.

well, if you know a geek, have the geek search online for the phone schematic. or how to repair instructions. they're out there! then purchase a used nonworking replacement krzr on ebay. i have a verizon razor (moto) that i won't part with and have dropped it too many times. my very own geek (husband) found the directions online, bought a used nonworking razor on ebay that had been dropped in the toilet....eeks..and used it for parts, every piece he could. besides scrapes and dings, the only real damage my orig had was the camera lense was shattered. so, $5.87 later.....my cell looks brand new and works puuurfect.

btw, i use to have t-mobile, insurance and all. so when i really needed to get my former broken cell fixed and use the insurance i pay for.....they sent a refurbished one. yes, they pretty much suck! i'm a verizon girl now.

Is this chicken, what I have, or is this fish? I know it's tuna, but it… it says "Chicken of the Sea".

Thanx Hot2na...lol.

Thats exactly why I cancelled the insurance.  They wanted me to pay a $100+ deductible on top of the $80+  I had already paid for their "insurance" for a refurbished phone.

They would gain nearly 200 for a refurbished? Nope.

Re: Help please.

so i take it that its past its one year warranty?  their(t-mobile) usually pretty good about exchanging phones if its still under warranty.  if your a long time customer that helps too.
