Need Help and Suggestions for NeoClassical Rock

Okay... so I don't know if that's the exact genre term I'm looking for... but it's the only way to describe that I can think of... I REALLY like this music, but don't even know where to start when looking for it to add these MP3s to my harddrive... I guess 'bands' would be the wrong word... I'm looking for the names of artists? albums... etc... that play that classical sound, in electric form... I want:

1) NOOOO vocals

2) INTENSE sound

3) High Energy

So who would you suggest?

and here's an example... dunno who this guy is... but this is just short notice grab-n-go

When you say neoclassical it makes me think of a new band that plays classic hard rock. So I would say Wolfmother. IF you want stuff like in the youtube video try Dragonforce. they are metal but they have more ripping guitar solos in one song then most bands have in their whole life.

chick corea is a must! his music certainly is not has hard as the example you provided, but give him a listen.

<edit> never mind. my suggestion is out of the running! i actually looked up "neoclassical" and it certainly is not chick.

yah you want yngwie then.  i think your looking for shred.  john 5 has some stuff.  paul gilberts good.  bucket head is far out... probly any guitarist vthat played for ozzy at some time.  that girl who played for michael jackson is incredible too.  there was a 15 year old vertuoso, thomas rocklyn, played for bad 4 good, hes good too.  theres tons of shred out there.
