Did anyone like 6-Feet Under?
After Sopranos, this was our all-time favorite.. And depending on whether or not the final Episodes of Sopranos are better than the last two seasons, 6-Feet might even beat-out Sopranos as our favorite.. The final episode of 6-Feet under had a big emotional impact on me. I guess I related to David too much, and got emotionally sucked-in to all the other characters.. (i was like a woman watching her 'stories' !)...
I really miss that show..

I absolutely loved this show. I was very emotional watching the finally. I miss it. Best T.V. series that I have ever seen.
I loved six feet under. That last episode idk why but I cried sooo much LOL I guess all that death at once just hit me lol
To me, that had to have been the best T.V series I have ever seen. I miss it so much. I never watched it while it was on the air. My sister did and she bought the boxed set just so I could watch it and I was addicted. The last episode a I cried like a baby. I may have cried just cause I new I was gonna miss it when it was over.
I used to like 6 feet under but the last season was a little to weird for me I lost interest. I hate the whole funeral home theme but it was definitely different which is rare in this day and age!!!
I never really got into Dexter or 6 feet under. My mom is a big fan of 6 feet under never missed a show. I love the Sopranos and can't wait for this season to come out. I love Rome has anybody else watched that?
I tried. But I didn't like any of the characters, and just couldn't do it. Dead Like Me was a similar-veined show that I liked a little bit.
Holy crap Hubby! Is one of the guys from Six Feet Under the guy who plays Dexter? That explains why I recognized him, but didn't know from where! Thanks for putting up the pic and solving the mystery.
get out?! really? nate? first off, i've never heard of dexter but the threads on GUG have sparked my interest....solely because of nate. my hubby and i loved six feet under. quirky & unpredictable. but that is what you can expect from hbo originals. example: sex and the city. also, carnival. both hbo originals. sex and the city was not just a chick flick fix. it was for men too. and carnival was just so out there with its wicked weird that it made the viewer want to see what could possibly happen next.
as it relates to six feet under nate....i get my nate fix by watching dirty sexy money. he has a lead role in that series also.
Yeah.. I tried watching Dexter, but just could not get into it. After watching Nate on 6-feet under for 3 years, i just could not buy-into him as Dexter. The roles are 180-degree opposites..
Now they know how many holes it takes to fill the Albert Hall.
You gotta give Dexter a chance...don't worry it'll grow on you..the first season was excellent....he is sooo different from David it's ridiculous!! But he is definitely amazing! I miss Six Feet Under as well but i kinda didn't like the way it ended with Nate cheating on Brenda, other than that i wish it lasted a couple of more episodes...by the way, the woman that plays Brenda now stars in "Brothers and Sisters" on abc...it's a good show but i can't get past the fact that Sally Fields looks like she could play Colista Flockhart's barely older sister instead of her mother!!
I got hooked on Dexter when I saw the second or third episode, first one I saw. But sometimes I think I'd make a good serial killer, and just love how the character is practically a robot, incapable of real feeling or remorse, but still has an installed sense of honor, so he only kills other killers. And he hates the thought of blood, but blood expert is his job. Kinda a neat overall concept.
