We got your message BCOLE, but the email address you included on the feedback form was invalid.. So is the email address on your GuG account, so we can't reply to you.

We have verified that there are no issues with your GuG account, meaning the problem lies in your PC or your web-browser. Trying some of the following should fix the issue:

1) Clear your cache and cookies, restart your web-browser and try again
2) make sure you disable (temporarily at least) all popup blockers, script-blockers, Java-blockers or any other "blockers" that are enabled on your PC or web-browser
3) Try logging-in from a different web-browser - If you're using Internet Explorer, try Firefox, if you're using Firefox, try internet explorer

Hopefully these will fix your problem and allow you to get logged in.. If so, please post a reply here so we know that all is well..
